The terms and conditions outlined here may be amended from time to time without notice to you and will apply to orders placed effective as at the date of amendments. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Last Shoes takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond control.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payments by credit card from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Depending on the circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.

Your credit card purchase may take a few minutes to process to allow us time to confirm your billing information with your financial institution.

 

GIFT CARD REDEEM

Unfortunately, our gift card is unable to be claimed via an online checkout system. Please call us at 03 9939 9956 to make payment with gift card.

For security purposes, Last Shoes is entitled to request credit card verification at their discretion. Last Shoes reserves the right not to proceed with the order sale and refund the payment made.

Last Shoes reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund if necessary.

 

FRAUD

By registering online with Last Shoes, you agree that all of the details you supply to Last Shoes are correct and accurate. As the accuracy of all personal details provided by users cannot be confirmed, Last Shoes takes no responsibility for the inaccuracy of details and/or the false identity of any user. Last Shoes may terminate or suspend your membership at any time in its sole discretion, if Last Shoes suspects, proves and/or determines in the circumstances that you are or have been engaged in any fraudulent activity in relation to the website. Last Shoes reserves its rights to take any applicable and available legal action against you for fraudulent, misleading and deceptive conduct.

 

GST & TAXES

The Australian GST tax rate applies to all orders delivered within Australia.

International orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%) however, they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as suitable merchandise. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a gift, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

 

TERMS OF SALE

All purchases via the website are transacted in Australian dollars.

Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges and are subject to change without notice. Pricing for your order is agreed to at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation email. Reduction in price and promotional discounts cannot be applied to prior purchases, and as stated no amendments can be made to your order once it has been submitted.

Goods are subject to availability. An order for goods is accepted at the time of entering your credit card details. Payment will be validated and accepted real-time. If a good/goods you ordered is/are out of stock, you shall be notified as soon as possible, and your payment will be refunded to the payment method used to complete the transaction.

Last Shoes reserves the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may include but is not limited to:

  • The product ordered is unavailable from stock
  • The inability to obtain authorisation of payment
  • The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.

If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you, utilising the contact details entered at checkout at the time placing your order.

 

DELIVERY

As all of our stocks are made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered to our customer.

Delivery cost is $10 per order and free for any purchases from $400.

** Please note that during our sale/promotion events, the delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

 

SPLIT ORDERS

If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can assist you.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

CHANGE OF MIND

At Last Shoes, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind on most full price and reduced merchandise. The following change of mind timeframes apply:

In-store: 14 days from date of purchase

Online (within Australia): 14 days from date of delivery

Online (International): 45 days from order placement.

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:

Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;

The merchandise is unworn, unused and in its original condition with the tags intact.

Any promotional offers or discounts received in the original order will not be applied or carried over in exchanges.

 

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or any drop in the value of the product (if you choose to keep it).

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase.

Our customer service team are unable to review any worn or used items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned either via mail or in person in-store to be processed, in accordance with the process detailed below.

 

ONLINE CANCELLATION & ORDER AMENDMENTS

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

Change of delivery address

Changes to colour and size

Adding or removing items

Applying discounts or rewards

Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time the order is placed.

 

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Online Purchases: Returns can be posted to our store. Any items that have previously been exchanged in-store can only be returned in-store. All Australian returns can be posted via Australia Post at your own costs.

In-Store Purchases: Returns can only be returned in-store with proof of purchase.

International Purchases: Returns can be posted to our store via international postage facilities at your own costs. Once the merchandise is received and checked, refunds will be made the same way it was purchased within 30 days.

 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY DESCRIBED ITEMS

When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, we will arrange return postage on your behalf or refund postage costs upon presentation of receipt/s. This is subject to inspection by Last Shoes prior to sending goods back to us. Should you need further assistance regarding this process, please contact our store.

 

RESALE OF LAST SHOES PRODUCTS

You may only place orders via this website for private and domestic purposes. A customer is prohibited from purchasing goods from Last Shoes for the purpose of resale and on sale to other persons whether as a business or non-business and goods are only for personal use including but not limited to gifting and/or on behalf of another for their personal use. A breach of this will result in cancellation and/or refusal of registration/order for goods.
